At S&D KIDS, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in New and Unused Condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund excluding Shipping and Handling Fees. 

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. 
Please read all conditions below. 

How to return an item:

  • To return an item you must email customerservice@sndkids.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
  • Products received without an RMA Number will be refused.
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the Invoice or Packing Slip and the reason for the return.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • The RMA Number must be clearly written on the outer box.
  • Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • If these conditions are not met, S&D KIDS reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15% or more.
  • All returns must be received within 14 days of issuance of your authorization. Items must be in new and unused condition, free from any damage, and returned in its original packaging.
  • All documentation, parts, warranties, and accessories need to be included with the returned merchandise to receive a full refund.
  • In the instance where S&D KIDS sent the wrong item or is at fault for some other reason, S&D KIDS will pay for the shipping and handling charges.

As a courtesy to our customers, S&D Kids sometimes may offer a free shipping or minimal shipping charge. Actual Shipping costs will be deducted from any returns where incentive based shipping may have been applied. Please call our Customer Service Department for your Actual Shipping cost before incentives (ex. Free Shipping Promotions or Discounted Shipping Promotions).
If you are refusing the delivery of an order, and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS and we will deduct any charges related to shipping from the refund due. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping charges. 

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for inspection, processing and credit confirmation.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: To ensure product integrity, health, and hygiene, S&D Kids is unable to accept returns on any of the following items: soaps, diapering accessories, diaper bags, diapers, diaper pails & liners, pregnancy pillows, potty seats, gliders, feeding accessories, bottles, breast pumps, wipes, thermometers, pacifiers, bathing accessories, lotions, powders, fabric, food, formula products, books or personalized items. This includes, and is not limited to, additional items marked specifically as non-returnable. Any items requiring assembly that have been assembled are also listed as non returnable.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS: S&D Kids makes great efforts to ensure that your packages are delivered quickly and in excellent condition. However, incidents sometimes occur during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at customerservice@sndkids.com immediately to report the problem. 

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled 
S&D Kids is committed to providing the best quality merchandise and purchases products from reputable manufacturers who stand behind the quality of their products. Most items are covered by manufacturers warranties. Warranty information when applicable, is included inside the product packaging. Should you have a problem with an item, need installation instructions or replacement parts we recommend that you contact the manufacturer before contacting S&D Kids as these matters are usually covered under the manufacturers warranty. If you need further assistance with a defective item, contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@sndkids.com. S&D Kids will replace the broken part(s) if possible, or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. S&D Kids reserves the right to replace defective parts prior to replacing a defective item. Requests for replacement parts will be processed quickly, as we work closely with manufacturers to resolve problems with defective items.
