Loyalty Rewards Program
• Loyalty reward point balances can take up to 48 hours to be applied to a customers account.
• Loyalty reward points can not be redeemed on the same day they were earned.
• To receive reward credit, your member number must be registered. Valid information, verified by identification, must be present at the time of registration.
• Your member card must be present at time of purchase to receive reward points. If you do not present your card your account can be retrieved by giving your phone number. S&D Kids can not distribute reward points for previous transactions.
• Reward points earned are valid for up to one year from date of purchase.
• Reward points are offered as follows:
*Earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent on your total qualified net purchases which exclude tax, discounted or “on-sale” merchandise, gift cards, or any other service related items. Certain items that may not qualify towards points include the following: some, but not all strollers, cribs, car seats, high chairs, bassinettes & other juvenile furniture products & juvenile and toddler accessories. S&D Kids reserves the right to deem any item in the store as a non-qualifying item.
• Reward points are not transferable and are not able to be combined with any other Loyalty Rewards account.
• Reward points can not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other forms of credit.
• When an item that was purchased with Loyalty reward points is returned, the system cannot refund loyalty points, therefore, a store credit will be issued.
• If a customer misplaces a Loyalty Rewards card a replacement card can be issued in person or mailed to the address on file.
• Periodically the system will forfeit the points and terminate the accounts where addresses and information seem to be falsified.

Double Reward Promotions
• At varying periods throughout the year, and at the discretion of S&D Kids, Double Reward Promotional Periods will be in effect. At those times, you can earn 2 points for every $1.00 spent on your total qualified net purchases which exclude tax, discounted or “on-sale” merchandise, gift cards, or any other service related items. Certain items that may not qualify towards points during double reward promotions include the following: some, but not all strollers, cribs, car seats, high chairs, bassinettes & other juvenile furniture products & juvenile and toddler accessories. S&D Kids reserves the right to deem any item in the store as a non-qualifying item during double reward promotions.
• You will receive an E-mail (if you opted in) to notify you about when a double reward promotional period will be in effect. If you did not opt in S&D Kids may send out postcards regarding the double reward promotion. If you are not on our E-mail list and you would like to be, send an email to mailinglist@sndkids.com. Please put the word subscribe in the subject line and put your name and email address you want subscribed in the message.

Exclusive Savings & Coupons
• Customers that are apart of our loyalty program may randomly receive exclusive coupons in the mail or through E-mail that can be used for savings towards coupon-specific merchandise in S&D Kids.

Bonus Reward Cards
• Some customers that are apart of our loyalty program may randomly receive bonus reward cards in the mail or through E-mail that have a monetary value towards purchasing merchandise in S&D Kids. These cards must be presented with your loyalty card in order to be redeemed.

General Rules
• No membership fees.
• No limitations to the amount of points you can earn.
• You must have a legal U.S. address. No PO boxes allowed.
• S&D KIDS reserves the right to forfeit any customer’s rewards points and disqualify their account if they are found to be misusing the program or violating any terms and conditions.

Acceptance & Acknowledgement
• By signing up to the program you consent to the terms, conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of this program. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the programs term and conditions.
• S&D Kids reserves the right to change or terminate the program, or any portion thereof at any time with or without prior written notice. The loyalty reward point structure is subject to modification or limitation at the sole discretion of S&D Kids at any time with or without notice. S&D Kids reserves the right to modify current redemption values, establish additional redemption values, or to delete any or all current redemption values.
• The interpretation and application of the policies, procedures, or rewards of the program are in the sole discretion and determination of S&D Kids, which in each case shall be final and conclusive.
• S&D Kids assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect member information.
• If at any time you wish to opt out of the program you can contact the S&D Kids main office at 718-649-9024 or send a letter stating so along with your name and card number to:

• The failure of S&D Kids to comply with the terms because of an act of God, war, fire, terrorism, earthquake, blackout, actions of federal, state, or local government authorities or for any other reason beyond the reasonable control of S&D Kids shall not be deemed a breach of this agreement. S&D Kids will not be held accountable for any unredeemed points in the case where they may be forced to close their retail locations.
• The laws of the State of New York will govern these terms as well as your and our observance of them. If you take any legal action regarding your use of our loyalty rewards program or the terms thereof you agree to do so only in the state and federal courts located in Brooklyn, New York.
• These terms make up the entire agreement between us and you relating to the program, and replace any prior (written or oral) understandings regarding the program. If a court deems any term unenforceable or invalid that term will be enforced to the fullest extent allowed by law and the other terms will remain valid and enforceable. This program is void where prohibited by law.

S&D Kids is the “doing business as” (DBA) name for the corporation J&M Children’s Center Inc. It is assumed that anywhere in these terms where S&D Kids was referred, it also referred to J&M Children’s Center Inc. and it’s related corporations.
